Shipping

The Archive currently ships within the United States only.

Standard shipping is $15 per order and complimentary on orders of $300 or more. We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 3 business days. Once it has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Every order includes tracking. We use a tracked USPS or UPS service selected for the piece, destination, and package. Orders of $500 or more require a signature at delivery. We will contact you if a shipment is delayed and give you the option to cancel for a prompt refund before it ships.

Returns for store credit

Eligible apparel and footwear may be returned for store credit. Request return authorization by replying to your order confirmation within 7 calendar days of delivery, then send the approved return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Approved change-of-mind returns are shipped back at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Returned pieces must arrive in the exact condition received: unworn, unaltered, free of scent or damage, and with any original tag or security marker intact. Store credit is issued after the return has been received and inspected.

Final sale

Handbags, jewelry, accessories, sale items, and pieces clearly marked as-is or final sale are final sale. Please read measurements, condition notes, and photographs carefully before purchasing.

If something is wrong

If your piece arrives damaged or is materially different from its listing, reply to your order confirmation within 3 calendar days of delivery with clear photos and a short description of the issue. After review, Kirksey House will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund when the claim is confirmed.

Before your order ships

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes.
