North Beach Leather opened in San Francisco in 1975 and knew how to cut before anyone called leather collectible. Michael Hoban understood structure. White leather. Not cream, not ivory. White. The V-panel seaming on the front is load-bearing construction, not decoration. Two patch pockets sit exactly right. Center-back metal buckle instead of a zipper. That is a considered choice. Size 7/8 vintage reads approximately a modern 2–4. The leather is clean. This is the piece you find once.
