The most important thing Cat does in this session is not what she says about your wardrobe. It is what she sees that you cannot see about yourself. Fourteen years of being with people in their most vulnerable transitions has given her an unusual kind of sight. She can see the walls before you know they are up.
What Material Witness is
Cat enters. She goes first. That gives you permission to follow. In 75 minutes: intake, a real read, and the start of the real work. You leave with a direction document that is yours. Not a style formula. Not a prescription. A record of what the work found.
No one wants to volunteer for vulnerability. That is why Cat does it first.
What you walk away with
A direction document. It names the through-line the session uncovered, the patterns you could not see on your own, and the specific next steps for building a wardrobe that is actually yours.
